Problems With IE?
In general, Microsoft Internet Explorer is quite broken when it comes to CSS support. Thus, the frames are not sized quite right. I will not redesign for IE, however, as who knows what their support will be next month. In addition, they do not handle PNG's properly, which is why the logo may have the wrong background color. I'd advise replacing IE with either Mozilla or Mozilla Phoenix Firebird Firefox. Both are superior, faster, and more secure than IE.
