I didn't go with all the details of the time and place, but then again, all of my guests know where (at least the city) the wedding will be, plus I'm not 100% sure on my "day-of" timeline. If you have the room to include that info, go ahead, if not, it's not totally necessary. I almost wouldn't put the time on it, though. I'm not sure when you're getting married, but if it's a year or more out, you might change your mind and decide to have an evening wedding instead of an afternoon one, or vice versa.
