ט"ז אדר תשס"ד - March 8, 2004We're hopefully close to closing on an apartment soon. It's a 5 room (4 bedroom + Kitchen/Living Room) duplex (2 floor) apartment, 4th (and 5th) floor. We've agreed on a price, now all that has to be worked out is payment arrangements (down payment vs. mortgage amount) and the timing. More coming soon....
