We've signed a contract, down payment delivered. We're on our way...!

Finally... some more pictures up. About 7 or so in Early7, and another 15 in Early 8. Enjoy! Hopefully, we'll have some videos soon, too... no promises on that, though (they take a very long time to upload standing in someone's parking lot, which is where I get internet now)

We're hopefully close to closing on an apartment soon. It's a 5 room (4 bedroom + Kitchen/Living Room) duplex (2 floor) apartment, 4th (and 5th) floor. We've agreed on a price, now all that has to be worked out is payment arrangements (down payment vs. mortgage amount) and the timing. More coming soon....
